Springtimey Necklace!

CHECK IT OUUUUUUUUT! Today I decided to do a variation on my earlier necklace, and went for a more colorful approach. The fabric was found in my attic, along with the wee bit o lace. I switched up the top - instead of tying off at the ends, the necklace is just one big loop. I've been noticing that with my white-ish necklace, the big bow at the top has been tangling up with my hair, which can be slightly frustrating. I originally made the necklace to have the flowers/puffs on the right side when wearing, like in the pictures, but it's been having a tough time staying flat over there. So, I flipped it over, so now the lace points in and it all falls on the left. I hope that made some kind of sense.

Details! Obvs this is a close up of the applique bit. On the bottom is some lace, then my fabricy flower bits, and then a big clear glass/plastic/not-really-sure button that I found in my button box. I really like how they all go together, since I was just improvisin', and frankly, I'm proud of myself for making it look somewhat classy, as opposed to the garish composition I usually come up with.
